Man you've been here since January 2014. You know the rules. Stand up and plead your case when appropriate. The mod didn't even action your thread (he just spammed it in a condescending manner resulting in derailment) It's clear to me that he wasn't confident in moving this thread and was looking to you for clarification as to why it should remain here.
